Registration opens January 2nd! Be one of the first 100 to register and get a discounted
rate!
Do I have to be a member of the National Association of Rural Health
Clinics to register?
No, but you will receive a
discounted rate for being a NARHC member!
Is there an option to attend a digital conference?
At this time NARHC
Institutes are offered as an in-person option only.
Do I need to download an event app to attend this conference?
It is recommended that
you download the event app prior to the start of the conference. An email will be sent once
the app is available for this event. The app will be helpful to see and download speaker
presentations, take notes on sessions and exhibitors, see a floor plan of the event space,
and MORE!
Where
will the conference be held?
The NARHC 2026 Fall Institute will be held September 29-October 1, 2026, at the Kentucky International Convention Center with accommodations at The Galt House Hotel located at 140 N 4th St, Louisville, KY 40202.
When
should I book my hotel room?
NOW! Why wait? Our room block can fill quickly, and you don’t want to miss out on the NARHC discount! Room block closes September 5, 2026. Unsure if you are attending? That’s okay! Book your room and cancel it without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival.
Will I be able to download the presentations and handouts in advance of
the conference?
Yes. Each session will have the presentation and any handouts available uploaded prior to
the conference in a PDF format in the event app!
What is the
dress code?
While we do not have a required dress code, we recommend business casual attire.
Should I bring anything specific to attend?
Some people choose to bring their laptops with them to take notes on the presentations.
Don’t forget your power banks to keep your battery charged! It may be a good idea to bring a
sweater or jacket. Session rooms tend to run cold!
What food will be provided at the conference?
We will provide a light continental offering at the start of each morning, snacks in the
afternoons, and lunch on the first day.
Can I bring my family into the conference space?
No, only registered
attendees may be in the conference space.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Please see the cancellation policy located on the bottom of the home page for information on canceling your event registration. Hotel reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours before your expected arrival without penalty.
Where will the next conference be held?
The NARHC 2026 Spring Institute has not been announced at this time. Keep an eye out for the announcement.
